How long does it take for my order to be shipped? 
We strive for the best quality throughout our brand at Indie Willow Designs. That includes our shipping time. Our normal timing from when you place your order to packing/shipping is within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays outside this time you will find in our announcement bar on the top of our website or our social media. 

Can I order online and pick up my order at my local market or event?
Yes! If you would like to save on postage and know that we will be visiting your area with our stall, contact us via our Contact Us page, Facebook or Instagram prior to ordering and we will supply you with a code for free shipping and organise to bring your order with us to your local market/event.

 

Can I combine/add to my order?

If your order is yet to be shipped, we are more than happy to combine/add to your order. Contact us via our Contact us page, Facebook or Instagram ASAP. (Please note this may cause a delay in your initial order)

 

How can I track my order?
All our orders are shipped with tracking included. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an email saying your parcel is on its way, which will contain a tracking number which you can track via Auspost. If you did not supply us with an email or correct email and have not received your tracking number, please contact us and we can supply you with your tracking number.

What do I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
If your order arrives and the package is damaged and has damaged your products, please take your parcel to your local Australia Post Branch and they will assess and lodge an investigation. 

Where do you have markets stalls?

We travel between QLD and NSW for markets and events. You can find our upcoming markets and events in our main menu.

Can you come to our local market or join our event?

We would love to! If you would like to see us with our stall you can send us a message on Facebook or Instagram with any information/application forms. Please keep in mind that we may be booked with other events or personal commitments.
