Shipping policy

All goods are packaged personally by me in Dalby, Qld, Australia and shipped via Australia Post. 

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. If there are any delays that are out of my control ie: Emergencies etc I will contact you via phone or email supplied upon checkout.

Once all packaging and shipping details are complete you will receive confirmation and tracking details via the email address and/or sms to the number you supplied upon checkout.   

Please ensure that all Shipping details are correct before confirming your order upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you require change of address. Unfortunately no changes can be made after order is shipped. If your package is returned to Indie Willow Designs we will notify you and can organise to resend your parcel. Another shipping cost will apply so please ensure shipping details are correct when checking out. 

Shipping Times 

Standard Shipping (Aus): 3 - 7 business days                           Express Shipping (Aus): 1 - 3 business days 

Standard Shipping (NZ): 6+ Business days              Express Shipping (NZ): 1 - 4 business days 

Note:

- Interational orders may incur customs fees. Indie Willow Designs is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Indie Willow Designs control. 

- Shipping estimates are from the time of shipment not when order was placed. 

-  Due to covid, weather and other delays, times may not be accurate as it can change depending the circumstances at the time of shipment. 

- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
