Refund policy

No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns on change of mind. 

In the case that your item arrives faulty please email or contact me via Facebook or Instagram, supplying a photograph of the item and I will more than happy to help you with a replacement or store credit. 

No refunds on products being misused and results in being damaged. If you are unsure with how to use your products correctly, please message us and we would be happy to help.

No refunds on lost/stolen or delayed mail. Please contact your local Post Office to enquire about the steps of submitting an investigation. (We are happy to assist where possible but in some cases it is out of our hands).

No refunds or returns on gift vouchers. 

No returns or refunds on any Earrings. Due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Any exchange credits provided in the form of gift cards have a 12 month validity on them from issue. If the credit is not used within 12 months it will expire and can not be reissued.
